Starting your day with lemon water is one of the best things you can do for your body!
It’s been a part of my morning ritual for years but now that I am going through detox, i’m taking it up a notch with cayenne pepper!
🔸 2 cups of warm filtered water
🔸 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar (enhances immune system and promotes healthy gut flora)
🔸 1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper (supports detoxification)
🔸 2 drops of Slim & Sassy essential oil (supports healthy metabolism, helps manage hunger cravings)
Disclaimer: Use only therapeutic grade essential oils that are approved for internal use. Also, use only glass or stainless steel container if using essential oils in water.
