I broke up the wall balls from the start into 7,6,6 and kept that scheme throughout. I found that those who went unbroken in the first round quickly started to fade by round 3. (side note I know that in my case my shoulders blow up faster than my legs so breaking up worked well for my body) I kept a good 1200-1100 pace with stroke count of around 27-28 (should have been lower, but I never strapped in to get full power through my heels) all-in-all I made it through 7 full rounds and 14 wall balls into the 8th. ( The last 60-sec or so you need to just sprint it.)
