We are all beginners when we start something new, obviously, so to make your experience as a crossfit beginner an enjoyable and memorable one, I share three things that are a must when first starting crossfit! Trial and error is always a good way to experiment and learn from your actions, but when it comes to lifting weight, or doing a handstand push up, we want to make sure we are taking the appropriate precautions to keep us safe!
