Thanks for another great video. I used to do a lot of Zumba and PiYo , plus swimming.
I’m quite flexible and that’s a plus, but I need to get moving again because I have cut back on exercise over the summer(except for swimming) . I started cycling again after a 3mth stop and it was really tiring .

First and foremost, I wanna thank you for encouraging me to practice more and more on my skills. I almost had a accident today coming off the highway. The car driver ran the red light and I was able to bring my motorcycle to a complete dead stop by being smooth on my brakes. I dont have abs but listening to you and watching your tutorials I was able to stop in time. Thank you, because i am here right now unharmed. Thank you.
